How to Apply for an Apartment
with a Dawn Homes Management Community

Congratulations on selecting one of our beautiful apartment communities. We are pleased you have decided to join us. In order to expedite your application, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1: Call the Apartment Community you have chosen to make your new home (see contact information below).

• A Leasing Representative will assist you with availability of floor plans, pricing, dates of your move, and requirements for the application approval process.
• Once a floor plan has been selected, you will be required to complete the online application form.

 
STEP 2: Complete your application.

• PRINT the Application Form where indicated.
• All occupants 18 years or older are required to complete an application.
• Please make sure the form is completed in its entirety.
• Please MAIL the completed form directly to the Apartment Community along with a $40.00 application fee.
  *Note — EXCEPTION — Grant Village application fee remains $25.00.

In order to HOLD your apartment during the application process, a security deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent plus $40.00 application fee per applicant ($25.00 for Grant Village) are required in two separate checks. Checks should be made payable to the apartment community for which you are applying.

Application fees are non-refundable.

Applications received without the financial holding requirements will not be processed.
